Description
Inherited a near-zero-pass-rate desktop automation suite of 200+ scripts built on Selenium and WinAppDriver for the Retail Management System (RMS), where multiple system updates had invalidated element locators across all test modules.
- Diagnosed root causes across all 200+ failing scripts, systematically updating locators and test logic to restore suite-wide coverage — completing the full recovery in under 6 weeks.
- Delivered a fully recovered, stable regression suite and earned direct client recognition for the speed and quality of the turnaround.
